V Locator is designed to help users discover vegan restaurants, recipes, and events while building and engaging with a community of like-minded individuals. The App allows users to share information and connect with others interested in veganism.

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
- Maintain the security of your account by protecting your password and restricting access to your account.

- Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content
You may submit content to the App, including but not limited to reviews, photos, recipes, and event postings (collectively, “User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the App. When you share, post, or upload content that is covered by intellectual property rights (like photos or videos) on or in connection with our Service, you hereby grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content (consistent with your privacy and application settings). This license will end when your content is deleted from our systems. You can delete content individually or all at once by deleting your account
You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we determine to be in violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of V Locator or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any third-party websites or services. If you access any third-party websites or services, you do so at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless V Locator, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
